Elizabeth Fowler had early exposure to  Joseph Pilates' method during her years as a ballet prodigy. As a young dancer she earned full scholarships to attend the Joffrey Ballet School in NYC. She was also awarded two Ford Foundation Scholarships to study at the prestigious School of American Ballet, the official school of the New York City Ballet.
    At the age of 16 she became an apprentice with the Chicago  City Ballet and the Boston Ballet. Ms. Fowler's career spanned 16 years, in that time she danced as a full company member with  several noted ballet companies. Including Ruth Page's Chicago  Ballet, The Lyric Opera of Chicago, Ballet Met and Karole Armitage NYC.
